THE TWIST



People in different ages nowadays works a huge twist of living life. Instead of preparing home-cooked meal for a family dinner, sometimes it would end up bolting into sprouting mushroom-like fastfood chains at the mall ordering burgers, burgers and boxes of burgers for convenience. Now yeah, that's a lot.

Busy people, of course, prefers instants to lessen energy and as well as time. Perhaps, a lot of those routine works for them but unknowingly in the end suffer such unwanted situations.

Basically, going outdoors and gobbling up tons of fries and sodas even for lunch does create a lot of difference --- difference on the nutritional value in the first place. It may sound accesible and hassle-free but would it be much better to stick to the same old traditions? Mixing up ingredients + kids crowding up the table to help you + husband fixing the stove = PERFECT, CONGENIAL AND HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP.

Not only knowing what your family consumed is significant but also the production of healty living.

Along with many other websites, a lot of them cites do's and don'ts concerning healthy living.

Being healthy doesn't only counts on your calorie intake, voluptous figure and at times starving yourself to those freakishly delectable goodies. Being healthy logically;wholistically, psychologically, mentally and socially.

Now bag up your stuff; notes, pens and be ready for the big yodel off. Start the day right. Optimism is a must. Nibble up good and healthy food and spend a less-stress weekend with siblings and folks. Chillin' by the beach and get tanned could be thumbs-up too.

Don't stuck up with  frets and dissappointments or else you'll end up tons of wrinkles. Be healthy, be happy.

The Fallen Angel

OLA!!!! Just had a very tiring day at the beach!!! This photo puts me to bed and do the same old thing. Was just reckoning of my very exhausting weekend. Maybe this is the perfect day to be at peace! A perfect day to be away even for just a couple of hours from the busy streets and full pressure of school works. I'm a bit annoyed by the people around. And, i guess,  it just tells me that i'm not not any super woman!!!I just need some time to rest and even to even unwind for just a little bit. I'm feeling bored with my everyday routine: do the weekend study and chit chat with my tiring cousins--haha!!! Actually, they're not really tiring but just kinda annoying especially when it comes to their cousins on the other side of their family. Hopefully they won't read this. FRUSTRATIONS

Hello! I know it has been awhile not posting anything in here! I have been battling a good fight for the past years up until now. You always know that this blog has been my consolation and not minding people to read this though since am not aiming for followers anyway. Well, lemme go back to the reason why am here here again. And that's for sure due to depression, sadness and frustrations. These drives and motivates me to write something which i don't have the guts to tell people surrounding me. And i don't want them to be bothered of my problems and anxities either. I knoe each one of us face different things apart from what i am experiencing now. But the photo above reminds me to be calm during this storm. My life has always been topsy turvy. And no matter what, i always keep myself grounded how to make this life straighten up. I am starting to lose myself! At times, i am even thinking of ending this life. Butttt,  i don't even know really. Til here t
